NB-OT - SABATEURS
The NB-OT Lab's operated against P.K Perainger-Koslov Labs creating Havoc while people they connect with involuntarily go along with as they do not want to become a victim of their non-Standardized Private Interest Labs unlike Private-Public & Off-Grid Defence Labs while others operating voluntarily or involuntarily. The NB-OT Labs had attempted to discredit & even wanted Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett to apply for Naturalization through the Green Card process using Asylum or an Investors if not Workers Visa in 2022 despite not requiring after sabotaging plans visiting California from Alberta after time in Ontario during the CIG 3 restrucure for the 2025-2030+ plus agenda
Those going against the NB-OT are appreciated in favor of strict safe standards in brain research & technology use for H.I.3 Case investigations including that of Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett even if you poke fun at what the NB-OT Labs should not have done to Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett which was ugly. Bad news. Pure evil

A naturalized citizen is someone who has become a U.S. citizen after applying for and meeting the requirements for naturalization.
To become a naturalized citizen, an immigrant must:Have a green card for at least three to five years
Meet certain military service requirements
Meet other requirements, including:Being of a minimum age
Being physically and continuously present in the U.S.
Having good moral character
Being proficient in English and having knowledge of civics

To become a naturalized citizen, an applicant must also pass a naturalization test and interview. The test includes an English portion and a civics portion. The English portion assesses the applicant's ability to read, write, and speak basic English. The civics portion assesses the applicant's knowledge of American history and government.
Citizenship is granted at birth, while naturalization is a process that confers citizenship.
There are a few special circumstances that may apply to naturalization in the United States, including:
Children of U.S. citizens serving abroad
Children of U.S. citizens serving abroad may be eligible to become citizens without traveling to the United States. This includes children of U.S. armed forces members or U.S. government employees.
Children of deceased U.S. citizens
A child's U.S. citizen grandparent or legal guardian may apply for citizenship on behalf of the child within five years of the parent's death.
U.S. government employees
U.S. government employees, including members of the U.S. armed forces, may be eligible for an exception to the continuous residence requirement. This applies if their residency outside of the United States was on behalf of the U.S. government.
Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) may offer immigration relief during and after emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Other considerations for naturalization include:
